We are equipped and ready to use high-quality goods and equipment to improve infrastructure across the United States. As a hurricane restoration business, we travel all over the country.

  • Arbitration Location: Unless both parties agree differently in writing, the arbitration will be held in Cypress, Texas.

  • Arbitration Fees: Unless the arbitrator awards a different amount in line with current legislation, each party is responsible for paying their own arbitration-related expenses, including legal fees. The arbitrator's costs and expenses are to be equally divided by the parties.

  • Enforcement of Arbitration Award: Any court with jurisdiction over the parties may enter judgment on the arbitrator's decision and award, which are final and binding upon them.

 

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
